This just in, MarkMan from SDTEKKEN and Mad Catz will be on hand at the event to answer and and all of your Mad Catz FightStick questions! Bring your stick for him to sign/look at or have some questions ready. He will be there all night just to cater to the community!

Busy day today at Jake’s, working out the details of the layout of the venue. If you’ve been to Jake’s before, you know that there are plenty of pool tables which tend to get in the way if they’re not being used. We figured out how to position the pool tables in order to provide the best experience possible for those attending Bar Fights II. I’m pretty happy with the way things have turned out so far, now all we have to do is test our video setup, which is a challenge because we are trying to provide the best experience in-house while also making sure we serve the audience that couldn’t make it to the event.

Now to make sure that we have all the necessary components to stream as well as to display the matches throughout all the TVs in the venue!

In addition to the main event, we have just added two more matches to the lineup!

Welcome to the new StreetFighterBarFights.com! Really excited about the launch of this site because I feel like it’s a step up from everything we’ve done before. Hopefully you guys think the same!

Bar Fights II was a long process filled with many starts and stop, set backs and lessons in all sorts of things but finally it’s about to become reality. I’m very excited to have put together what I believe is one of the best matches in recent memory, bringing out the entire Empire Arcadia team, who won the 5v5 Regional Exhibition tournament at Evo 2009 this past summer, to battle against five of SoCal’s best players.
